In the past decade, the textile industry has used fabrics as a breakthrough point, applied high technology and advanced and applicable technologies to transform traditional industries, and achieved good results, which has effectively promoted the technological progress and industrial level of the textile industry. However, as the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate, competition in the textile industry is also intensifying. China's textile industry must maintain its advantages in a more intense competitive environment. It cannot stop at the advantage of labor costs and the number of textile products. The key is to further Improve the level of textile technology, rely on technological innovation to increase the technological content and added value of products, all-round improvement of China's textile industry in the international competitiveness.
To this end, the Textile Industry Science and Technology Development Center has organized professional associations and experts to analyze the status quo and existing problems in the industry, and proposed 25 key technologies in the four areas that are currently urgently needed to be solved in the textile industry. These key technologies are The settlement will greatly promote the technical progress and development of the industry.
First, new textile materials and advanced processing technology New materials are one of the important high technologies of today. The application of new textile materials has not only brought about tremendous changes in people's lives, but also promoted the rapid development of society and economy. The development of new international textile materials is mainly focused on the research and development of high-performance fibers, functional fibers, new fibers and new materials that meet the requirements of sustainable development.
High-performance fiber has high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance and fire resistance, and is widely used in transportation, water conservancy, military, health, construction, communications, environmental protection and other fields.
Functional fibers are antistatic, flame-retardant, highly hygroscopic, anti-bacterial, odor-resistant and UV-resistant. They are the basis for the production of high value-added, high-grade textiles. The production of conventional chemical fiber products is oriented towards high-capacity, high-efficiency, high-speed, continuous, and network-based information monitoring to achieve high-efficiency and low-cost production.
Industrial fibers will become important raw materials for manufacturing in the future. Industrial fibers are now widely used as a substitute for metals, plastics, paper and asbestos. With the development trend of lightweight, high performance, diversification and aesthetic appearance of industrial materials, the use of industrial fibers has become increasingly widespread, and the market demand has been continuously expanding, such as industrial fibers in the United States, Japan, the European Union and other countries. The proportion of the entire fiber production sector has reached 2/3. In the next 10 years, the use of industrial fibers and market trade in China will increase by more than 10% each year.
Specifically, we must develop and study the following 10 key technologies:
1. Industrialization of carbon fiber, aramid fiber, arylsulfone, a new generation of ultra-high-strength high-modulus polyethylene, and vinylon fiber industrialization R&D carbon fiber, aramid fiber, etc. Developed countries have already achieved industrialization, but China is still in a small, pilot-scale stage, and it is urgent to Industrial development and application. The aryl sulfone that has a certain development base in China should be increased in investment and development to form an industrialized production line with an annual output of 500 tons. Pre-research should be conducted on fibers such as polybenzobisoxazole (PBO) with particularly excellent performance and wide application, and a good technical reserve should be made. At the same time, it is necessary to deepen research on the application technologies of the new generation of super high-strength and high-membrane polyethylene and K-series vinylon that are already based in China, and to increase the product level and achieve industrial upgrading.
2. Industrialization of PTT, PEN, and CO-PET, a new type of polyester diversification technology, has entered the new century. The development of new polyester technology in the world has been very rapid. The industrialization of multi-variety new technology varieties of the large polyester family represented by PTT Development has also made significant progress. PTT (polytrimethylene terephthalate) dyeing, elasticity, crisp, dry, easy processing, strong stain resistance, both polyester, nylon and some spandex fiber performance characteristics, not only for fabrics, carpets, non-woven fabrics Such as, can also be used for films, plastics and other new resin materials, the development prospect is broad; PEN (polycaric acid polyethylene glycol) transparency, good barrier properties, conducive to the development of polyester in beer bottles and other high-performance non-fiber fields; CO-PET is mainly used for the production of sea-island fibers, and is a key species that needs to be given priority in development in modified PET.
3. Degradable PLA (polylactic acid fiber) and Lyocell (new solvent cellulose fiber) industrialization of fiber and products
LA is a kind of completely biodegradable polymer. It is a new type of fiber material developed based on natural biological resources such as corn starch. It has the advantages of brilliant, comfortable, durable, smooth and fast drying, especially Its superior biodegradability and applicability have attracted worldwide attention. The United States, Europe, Japan and Taiwan are all making efforts to conduct industrialization research. Loycell is a new-generation cellulose fiber produced using a novel solvent and non-toxic process. It also has the performance of fiber and synthetic fiber. There have been many achievements in product application and development in China, but there is an urgent need for development in the large-scale production of fiber industry.
4. Soybean protein serialized fiber and product development technology Soybean protein fiber is a plant protein modified fiber that has been independently developed by China and has been successfully tested industrially for the first time in the world. The fiber not only has moderate strength, small specific gravity, soft hand feeling, soft luster, good moisture absorption and moisture transmission performance, good skin-friendly property, obvious antibacterial function, and satisfies comfort and health requirements. At present, a 10,000-ton soybean protein fiber processing production line has been built in China. It is necessary to further develop soybean protein fiber series products to increase the level of automatic control of equipment. At the same time, we must systematically study the key technologies for spinning, weaving, and dyeing and finishing of soybean protein fiber. The development of various fabrics such as pure spinning, blending, and interweaving will enable the industrialization of soybean protein fiber products to enter a new stage.
5. New PTA domestic production technology and equipment with an annual output of 600,000 tons and above China's polyester raw material PTA has a large gap, has a low self-sufficiency rate, and has a large dependence on the international market, which seriously restricts the production and development of polyester fiber. Due to the high technical content of PTA devices, large capital investment, and the emphasis on economies of scale, the PTA production facilities in China have long been imported from abroad. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the industrialization of the new PTA complete sets of domestically produced technical equipment with an annual output of 600,000 tons or more. This technology already has a certain foundation. After successful implementation, not only the investment cost can be greatly reduced, but also it is of great significance to promote the leading development of China's PTA industry, ease the shortage of raw materials, and increase the competitiveness of the polyester polyester industrial chain.
6. The successful operation of the new generation of direct spinning polyester ultra-fine filaments and high-efficiency new winding heads for R&D and industrialization of domestically produced grafted polyester filament technology equipment has greatly promoted the rapid development of China's chemical fiber industry. However, the new polyester filaments around the world are new. The technological development of new technologies, new equipment and new varieties is very rapid. We must seize the opportunity to track the latest international technologies and accelerate industrial upgrading. The current focus is to develop a new generation of technologies such as dpf0.3-0.5 microfiber technology and a new high-speed, high-efficiency winding device for direct spinning filaments.
7. Processing Technology and Application of High-grade Composite Nonwovens The non-woven fabric industry in China is developing rapidly. It is expected to reach about 800,000 tons in 2003. Among them, spunbond, melt-blown, spunlace, needle punch, and pulp air-laid. The pace of development is very fast. However, the single-process non-woven fabric can no longer fully meet the requirements of use, and various kinds of composites make up for the shortcomings and create many new non-woven products. There are many ways to combine nonwovens, such as spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS), carded-carded-spunbonded-carded (CSC), carded-melt-blown-carded-carded (CMC), carded and pulped airlaid spunlaced composite, spunbonded and wood pulp fiber composites. China has only just begun in the composite technology of nonwovens, so we must speed up the research of this technology.
8. Comprehensive research and development of new medical protective materials The new medical textile market has broad prospects. At present, the annual demand is more than 100,000 tons, but the comprehensive performance of domestic medical protective articles is poor, especially the protective performance and comfort performance can not be very good. Take into account the comprehensive performance of imported products is good, but the price is expensive.
For this reason, it is necessary to develop and develop protective materials with high barrier properties, high moisture permeability, good filtration effects, and low cost, so as to solve the problem of protection of medical and health systems in China.
9. Development and Application of Membrane Structure Materials and New Types of Cover Materials Membrane structure materials and new type of cover materials are new types of materials that have been developed very rapidly in recent years in foreign countries. The material has good light transmittance and can solve lighting problems well. The light weight of the material can replace traditional roof materials, especially suitable for construction of stadiums and warehouses for large-span buildings, and can also be widely used in geotechnical, transportation, environmental protection, advertising and other industries. At present, the domestic demand is increasing. It is expected that the demand for membrane structural materials will exceed 1 million m2, and the demand for new type of cover materials will be 10 million m2. However, domestic permanent and semi-permanent membrane structure materials basically rely on imports. Domestic research should be conducted on the substrate, coating and finishing equipment and architectural design and application technology of membrane structural materials to meet domestic demand and replace imports.
10. Development and application technology of agricultural non-woven fabrics and chemical fiber webs Agricultural non-woven fabrics and agricultural chemical fiber webs are important industrial textiles with a broad market prospect and an annual demand of more than 100,000 tons.
Agricultural non-woven fabrics mainly include cold-proof and antifreeze materials, sunshade and drought-proof materials, bird-proof insect-proof materials, grass-proof film, heat-preservation and moisture-retaining materials, fruit tree protection materials, seedling sowing substrate, etc., which can realize early maturing, high-yield, stable production of agricultural and sideline products. Pollution, pollution-free cultivation. Can completely replace agricultural film, plastic and other materials, and superior performance, cost-effective.
Agricultural chemical fiber nets mainly include shade nets, insect nets, and wind and sand-fixing nets. The newly developed silver reflective network can effectively reflect strong sunlight, reduce the temperature by 2-3°C, facilitate the growth of plants, effectively prevent adult insects from invading spawning, and prevent vegetables, fruits and flowers from being contaminated by chemical pesticides. . The current price factor restricts the promotion and application of new products, and it is necessary to further study the industrialized production technologies in order to reduce costs and expand use.
Second, the advanced spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing technology High-tech transformation of the traditional textile industry is the main method
