On October 25th, a press conference titled “China Hengyao Moves to Asia – Hengyuanxiang Presents Its Best for the Chinese Sports Delegation at the Asian Games†was held at the Information Office of the State General Administration of Sports. The official release of the 16th Asian Games attire for the Chinese delegation took place during the event. Attendees included Ma Jilong, Director of the Equipment Center of the State Sports General Administration, Li Hang, Deputy Director, and Chen Zhongwei, Deputy General Manager of Hengyuanxiang (Group) Co., Ltd. Athlete representatives, including Zhang Lin, the first torchbearer, and Wu Minxia, an Olympic diving champion, were also present.

The design of the uniforms, featuring traditional red and yellow colors, symbolizes a long-lasting and prosperous life. Ma Jilong, who introduced the attire, emphasized that the colors reflect the positive spirit of the Chinese delegation and express good wishes for the athletes. Wu Minxia, who attended the press conference, praised the design, noting that it continued the iconic red and yellow theme from the Beijing Olympics and felt very familiar and welcoming.
Chen Zhongwei, Deputy General Manager of Hengyuanxiang Group, explained the significance of the badge with the phrase “China Ever Good.†He mentioned that the red five-star symbol is deeply rooted in Chinese culture and represents national pride. The integration of this element into the design highlights the cultural essence of the outfit and reinforces the message of enduring excellence.
At the end of the event, renowned calligrapher Zhou Xianglin wrote the phrase “China Ever Good†live, expressing support for the Chinese delegation. Chen Zhongwei also presented a classic painting titled “The Year of the Tiger†by painter Cai Yuxian, wishing the delegation success and glory at the Asian Games.
